Our rides will be around the Fylde coast and Preston area also taking in the Trough of Bowland. FLAB social rides Preston

WHY DID YOU APPLY TO BE A FLAMBASSADOR?

To inspire others to cycle and show it's a sport that can be enjoyed by all shapes and sizes. Ooohhh and of course the Flabulous cycling clothing just gives the finishing touch, and a brand to be proud of.

FAVOURITE CAKE AT THE TEA STOP?

Louise loves any cake to be honest, I'm rather partial to a nice carrot cake!

WHO IS YOUR DREAM CYCLING BUDDY?

Louise says " Tom Hardy" Clearly for all the wrong reasons, Me it would have to be Sir Bradley Wiggins.

BEST TIP OR PIECE OF CYCLING ADVICE?

Louise says " have a bike fit " and I'd say do a basic bike maintenance course, you'd be surprised how many simple quick tips and fixes you can pick up!
