Earn Big Fat Points - Exchange for money off £ vouchers 

What is this?

This is just our way of saying thanks! With our loyalty scheme you’ll earn Big Fat Points when you make a purchase* and refer your friends.

Then, you can redeem you points for discount vouchers which you can use for future purchases (excluding the Big Fat Bike Ride Sportive), so the more you collect the more you save.

Will I be inundated with emails?

No! We hate getting spammed and we know you do too so we usually send an email every 1 or 2 weeks, showing new products, special offers, free gifts etc.

Who can join?

Anyone who has signed up to our newsletter and who has an account can join - just create an account and sign up for our newsletter and be sure to opt in to receiving emails from us.

Points can't be added retrospectively so please make sure that you have both an account and have signed up to our newsletter. 

Points are account specific and it's not possible to merge them if they are  from two different accounts.

How do I join?

Create an account and sign up for our newsletter

You must CREATE AN ACCOUNT and SIGN UP for our NEWSLETTER - make sure that you opt into receiving emails from us.

*How do I earn points?

Once you sign up to our newsletter and opt into receiving emails from us, you will start to earn points on your (non-sale/non-discounted) cycle wear and accessories purchases.

You will also earn points if you refer friends and they buy from us.


Flambassadors also earn points for completing our missions but you'll still need an account so that we can allocate your points to you. 

How do I view my point balance?

Your point balance is on every page - simply click on the BIG FAT LOYALTY POINTS tab in the bottom right of the screen to see your points.

How do I refer a friend?

Click on the BIG FAT LOYALTY POINTS Tab (bottom RHS) 

In the left hand side menu click on refer a friend. You can either add your friends email addresses or share via Facebook or Twitter

What happens if a friend I refer cancels or returns their order

Your pending points will become cancelled and will be removed from your account.

How do I convert my points to vouchers?

Just open the BIG FAT LOYALTY POINTS tab and you’ll see the discount vouchers we offer. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a voucher which you can spend online against any purchases of cycle wear and accessories (excluding Big Fat Bike Ride Sportive).

Only one voucher is valid per purchase.

Maximum voucher value £50.

Points and vouchers are valid for 12 months from issue date. Once points and vouchers have expired they can't be reinstated.

Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?

No. Go ahead and earn as many as you can!

What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'cancelled' statuses mean? 

**Approved:** These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately

**Pending:** These points are need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals and takes up to 30 days.

**Cancelled:** These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled).

Why did my account balance go down?

You, or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase.

I completed an activity but didn't earn points!

It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points.

Can I use my points during checkout?

Yes BUT you need to redeem your points for a voucher first which can then be applied during checkout.

How do I leave the program?

If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be un-enrolled. We'll un-enroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued.

What happens if I leave and decide to join again?

Just contact us and we'll re-enroll you. However, your point total will begin from zero.
