Can I amend my order or delivery address once it is placed?

We'll try to make changes to your order but it depends how on the ball our warehouse are. Once picking is started we can't make changes. email us asap and we'll do what we can.

When will my order be dispatched?

In stock items are usually dispatched within 48 working hours.

Express UK orders placed before 3pm are usually dispatched same day – Mon to Fri excl. bank holidays.

Some of our international couriers are experiencing customs delays. This is an ever changing picture - please bear with us if your order is affected.

I've received a faulty item

Hold up! Lets' get that sorted for you - email us with some photographs of your item, along with a description of the fault and your order number. PLEASE DON'T send damaged or faulty items back to our warehouse. We may ask you to send the item to our office.  

I've received an incorrect item 

Please write in BIG FAT letters on the returns note that your item is incorrect and return it to us. If you have a red pen that will help!!

We'll dispatch the correct item if it's available, otherwise we'll offer an alternative or a refund.

My Gift Voucher is not working

Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from issue date.

Check that your gift voucher code has 16 digits

If you are still having problems email us with the last 4 digits of your gift voucher code and the name of the person who purchased the voucher for you. 

My Discount Code is not working

Discount codes can be used for the purchase of full price goods. Check that the items in your basket are not sale items or already have discounts applied. 

Your website says SOLD OUT and the photo says COMING SOON, which is it?

Sorry for the confusion - our website is a bit limited! If an item photo says COMING SOON it means that the item is new and expected soon.  

Will you be getting more stock?

If more stock is coming you'll be able to sign up for a stock notification on the product page under the Buy Now button.

I have received my items but I am not sure if they are a good fit 

Get into a cycling position to check the fit - your body changes shape on the bike and how something feels when you're standing up is not how it will feel on your bike.

If you're not sure you're in the right size, just email our sizing guru's with some photos of you in your items and they'll give you some advice.

There is no returns slip in my package, how do I return something?

Print off your order and write a note on it telling us if you want a refund or an exchange and enclose it in your returns package.

We recommend that you use a tracked service as lost parcels can not be refunded or exchanged.

I have returned an item a few days ago but haven't heard from you.

Please allow 14 days from our receipt of your parcel for us to process your return or exchange. 

If you returned your parcel more than 14 days ago and your tracking confirms that we have received it, email us with a copy of your tracking, your order number and what you returned.

Do you have a phone number?

All customer service enquiries are dealt with via email. We try to deal with your emails same day but most are sorted out within a couple of hours if you contact us within office hours.
