Thank you for the laughter, the jokes, the beautiful emails, the incredible stories, the photos, the encouragement, the support, your orders, your time and your unwavering enthusiasm.

You’ve made us laugh, you've made us cry and you've been the best and most brilliant bunch of customers we could have ever hoped for.

One day, I might still write that book: The Emails I Wish I could send to the Haters, the Blamers, the Unbelievably Unreasonable and the Total Pillocks.

But in the meantime, know that you’ve been the reason we kept going for so long.
