All items are subject to availability. Backordered items will be despatched to you when they become available. Please contact us for more information.
Confirmation And Acceptance Of Orders
When we receive your order we will email you to let you know that our fat lads are working on getting your stuff to you as soon as possible.
If we can't fulfil your order we will contact you by email or telephone and offer an alternative product. If we don't hear back from you we'll cancel your order and issue a refund.
Our acceptance of your order will be automatically undertaken upon dispatch of the goods to your given delivery address. We reserve the right to refuse your order.
Cancellation of Orders
If you change your mind you can cancel your order before it's dispatched, but you will need to contact us immediately. (Please see our office hours).
We use Shopify Payments to accept all major credit/debit cards. All payments are made using secure technology and we do not have access to your payment information.
Payment is taken at time of order.
Customers are responsible for all customs or import charges made in their recipient country.
Clearpay allows you to break your payments into 4 instalments which are due every two weeks, interest free*.
To use Clearpay you need A UK billing and residential address and to be 18 yrs old or over.
*If you fail to make payments, late fees will apply.
Just select Clearpay as your payment method at checkout.
